Luis pay cheques hardly bounce. You can smoke weed just don't let Shawn catch you. Luis has even sent out a maintenance crew who drank beer all day and drove.. Jeremy. Luis doesn't care. Work hard and you get nothing, take 3 hour lunches and 12:57.. 12:58 and you get promoted.
Cons
No overtime. Have to pickup garbage and be a residential garbage man. I worked here for 8 years and total have well over 400 hours in unpaid wages and I was just trying to earn a living. Have to plow 24 hours maybe even 38 hours straight with no b team or relief. Mto would love to hear about that. Check timesheets. Mayne sidewalk crew shows up, either way you are expected to do your plow route and then sidewalk route because Luis has to pay for his divorce. After lunch breaks and what Luis skims off of your paycheck eventually expect to work 10, get Paid for 8.. and that's on a good day. Luis the owner actually told me that he has a bet with another owner of a company about who can treat who's employees the worst.
