1. Fair pay, not much OT 2. Use a lot of secondment staff to increase manpower
Cons
1. Management level consciously allows unqualified and low-performance staff to stay in the team/ office. 2. Bad behaviours and daily shameless gossip by the secretary ladies. This makes the entire team pay a high price. This forced good-performance staff on the team to be dragged down by poor-performance staff. 3. The MPF contribution is late every month.
