Pros

For god’s sake do not work here. If you don’t believe in god then for the good of the planet keep back 10 miles. If you live closer than that, call the bomb squad. Seriously, these people suck.

Cons

Fake positions are posted daily. They lure you in with promises of quick promotions and high pay scales, but this is the BOTTOM OF THE BARREL type of employment — door to door sales. This is 2018. Maybe this works for you, but this is not the type of industry where advancement, guaranteed pay, happiness, or the preservation of your soul are likely or even remotely possible, nor a concern of your “team.”

Pros

This company is practically my family. They are always there to support me and the rest of the team. Through a lot of passionate dedication, I was able to be promoted within a few months of being here--which is pretty cool. I've been promoted quickly at a few other jobs before, that's just the nature of my work ethic and presence, but this company has not only taught me a lot about marketing (direct and indirect), but about business in general. I'm learning how to conduct interviews now, and learning a little about the Human Resources side of things.

Cons

You have to put in your time and effort. It's a performance based role, so you will not grow in the company if you don't put your work in. Sometimes that means staying an extra hour or so to meet your goals.
