      - Strong variable compensation - Aggressive sales strategy - Strong investment

      Cons

      - Management prioritize employees that become friends with them - Internal agreements were not respected if owners changed their mind - Long waiting for managers to start meeting (2 hours delays even)

      Great company. Employees treated well. Affordable benefits. Plenty of paid time off. Great perks!

      Cons

      I can't really think of many cons. Its a job. You have to show up on time and do your work. As long as you do what you're supposed to there aren't any cons.
