Cons
Everything. Legitimately everything other than the two things mentioned in the pros. - Executives love talking trash about employees the moment that person leaves the room. It's one of their favorite past times. Morale be damned. - The product is utter garbage. Nothing works, departments are under staffed (partly due to the tight wallet and partly due to the incredibly high turnover), executives lie to customers on a daily basis and encourage staff to do the same. - Executive team is full of arrogant cocky people... and for the love of me, I can not figure out what they have to be cocky about. - As mentioned above, turnover is outrageously high. So if you like your coworkers, don't get used to them being around. - They encourage you to speak up about problems but when you do, you're ignored, laughed at, or fired. - Speaking of fired, they fire the BEST people and promote the brown-nosers with zero experience. - If you're interviewing, please please please know that everything you see is smoke and mirrors. You might even like it for the first 6 months or so. You'll hear the promising speeches and see the new game-changing plans but it will all fall through. I worked there long enough to see it happen over and over and over again. You too will eventually see the pattern. You'll hear the same lies spewed at new employees. You'll see all the failures and cover ups. You'll watch talented, hard working, honest people get fired or quit. You will question why and how a company could be so horribly managed. Trust me when I say this company is going nowhere fast. Management is terrible, the product is useless, and good people do not work there long. Your time, peace of mind, and effort are much better spent elsewhere.
