Pros

Great coworker. You will undoubtedly make great friends and there is a strong chance your immediate manager will be excellent.

Cons

There is a massive disconnect between the upper management and front line positions. There seems to be a tendency to attempt to treat symptoms of an issue rather than solve the underlying problem, and real problem solvers seem to be leaving the company in droves. There is suddenly less understanding about the industry as a whole and not much willingness to invest in making the customers happy.

Pros

Company cares for employee's wellbeing, and does a great job communicating given how everone works remotely.

Cons

It is very fast paced, but I enjoy that type of environment.

Pros

Snacks. And four word minimum.

Cons

Revolving door - I’ve seen management fire so many people. Bad Reputation - most of our customers are unhappy & leaving for competitors. Bad deals - most new clients cancel without making it through implementation. Outdated product - software I looks like it’s from 2004. (It is) Broken Operations - the company is a combination of 4 previous companies, and it feels like it. The tech stacks are broken, and no one truly owns it. Ask the same question to 5 different people, and you’ll get 5 very different answers. There are so many problems, but a very real one is overcharging & billing customers wrong amounts. Toxic Positivity - talk to any of the executives and they tell you “we’re #1 in the industry, we are the best, customers love us!” Have they not talked to anyone other than their favorites? So out of touch.
