High turn over rate - Anonymous employee FRONTEO Employee Review

Fairly good salary. Excellent colleagues. They were very welcoming. I watched other people's reviews and I can understand that. But, personally, over the years, the company and colleagues really helped me to be reasonable and skillful. So, I'll recommend.

Mostly Japanese employees including upper managements. If you haven't worked in that kind of environment, you may find it different. You may not explore Relativity or other commercial tools much because the company has it's own ediscovery tool. A lots of meetings.

Good Pay but unless the team hits their numbers collectively, no bonus is paid. No Commission for sales.

Culture...You work for a Japanese company who's motto is, "you work at your desk until you die."
