Pros
Fairly good salary. Excellent colleagues. They were very welcoming. I watched other people's reviews and I can understand that. But, personally, over the years, the company and colleagues really helped me to be reasonable and skillful. So, I'll recommend.
Cons
Mostly Japanese employees including upper managements. If you haven't worked in that kind of environment, you may find it different. You may not explore Relativity or other commercial tools much because the company has it's own ediscovery tool. A lots of meetings.
