      friendly & high energy team

      Cons

      Disrespectful and treat the team like labour. The work environment feels lifeless and creates a fear-filled atmosphere. Founders often follow an unorganized pattern, creating chaos. Enforcing rules, suppressing employees, and mental health hazards, are not career opportunities.
