      - Competitive salary package - The CTO, Hardik, is professional and respectful, a good communicator, and empathetic towards employees.

      Cons

      - Toxic work culture perpetuated by founders Bhanu and Harsh. - Difficulties in obtaining relieving letters, even after serving notice period. - Unequal and often disrespectful treatment of employees. - Public humiliation is not uncommon, contributing to the toxic atmosphere. - Limited time off; only the second Saturday of each month is off. - Promises of ESOPs often go unfulfilled; insist on getting such promises in writing.
