This company was a complete joy to work for and with. I will always be indebted to them for everything they did for me and my career. They work hard and play hard. All of the leaders are true "servant" leaders. They will do anything for you to help you succeed in all areas. Everyone at the company...yes, everyone, is awesome!

I don't have any; however, if you are a negative person who likes to be in a dark environment, you might want to shy away from Freije.

-Positive 'Servant Leadership' management style -Managers provide weekly coaching always geared toward growing sales staff to maximum level of performance -Ample training and ongoing development of sales staff -innovative products geared toward helping people and staying environmentally sustainable -Unlimited income potential (commission has no cap)

-Office type environment -Same ambient music always playing in the sales floor (not loud enough to be a distraction, but the same songs over and over again) -Lead distribution is based on closing % (no sales = less leads) which makes sense from the business stance, but makes it a little more difficult to get out of 'slumps'
