Pros
- Team members and leaders are helpful and approachable. - Understandable & reasonable feedback from leaders. - The people in the production department are friendly and chill. - Can learn more 3D software other than the ones that schools teach. - Offers flexible working hours, good if you live far or can't wake up early. - Free snacks.
Cons
- Unrealistic deadlines are super common here. 8 out of 10 projects here u will need to OT. After-hours work is normalized here. - Difficulty maintaining consistent work-life balance because of OT. - OT claim rules are not favorable. I can't go into details cause its company t&c but just know its not good. - Unclear communications with marketing department. - Changes in direction were frequent. A lot of times we are already at polishing stage and suddenly say change idea. - Company promoted annual trips but I have yet to go on a single one.
