Pros
In the years I've worked at FPS GOLD (parent company DHI Computing Service) I have never been bored. The industry is constantly changing and so FPS/DHI is constantly needing to adapt and find better, more efficient and innovative ways to do things. I'm continually learning and being challenged. It's a family run company that has been in business since 1954, and maintains a very family-friendly and employee-friendly environment. The company has amazing tenure, especially for being in the tech industry. The average lifespan of an employee right now I believe is about 15 years.
Cons
There is a bit of nepotism in the company. A few of those who were hired because of their family connections are probably not the most qualified for the position they're in. Fortunately, these are not top-level positions. Health insurance costs are kind of high. Pay is a little on the low end for a tech company.
