Pros

The properties FPI Management managed all saw good traffic volumes, the units were well laid out and the ground were typically well looked after.

Cons

Management needs to consider the opinions and feedback of their employees especially those in direct contact with residents, prospects and outside vendors. At the time of my employment, there was a shift in and overhaul of management and as a new employee I was not given the support to succeed in my position. The rules continually changed as new managers were transferred to and out of the different properties. The temporary managers were sympathetic but ineffective to bring order to the community. After I resigned my position, three others left as well.
