Disappointing - L&D FPI Management Employee Review

Pros

WFH, remote opportunities for certain departments.

Cons

Secretive, elusive about what's expected of you, very unorganized for a big management company that's been around for a LONG time. Many within a leadership role seem ill-equipped on how to effectively lead and direct their teams. Employee turn over and retention is just sad. They do nothing to save their employees who actually do their job and then more. They'll just let you go and hire temps to fill the seat. I was so excited to join this team as I looked forward to how I was going to bring value to the company. Their H.E.A.R.T. mission statement unfortunately did NOT transcend into the workplace. Zero humility, blurred excellence ideals, absolutely no accountability at the top, respect should be a given but cold shoulders say otherwise and teamwork??? No, not really. Everyone is in it for themselves and there's very little support. It was sad to watch, experience, witness and be somewhat "forced" to participate in the so called "empowering" approach to onboarding and L&D approach. Wish my experience and skill set was taken into consideration prior to tossing me to the curb for absolutely NO reason provided.
