Lack of pay, lack of support, lack of management.
Essentially, if you do not have “manager” or “director” in your title (on the corporate level) be prepared to be treated like absolute garbage. The company preaches about H.E.A.R.T everyday, but it’s not implemented, what-so-ever.
You will be overworked, underpaid and won’t have any support from upper management.
Don’t even ask for a raise because they will always answer no and give a measly 2-3% merit increase at the end of the year, when we all know inflation is much higher than that.
Honestly, save yourself the trouble and find yourself a company who will value you and actually give you a liveable wage.
