Quick turn around, overworked , underpaid - Leasing Consultant FPI Management Employee Review

We’ve been understaffed for almost 2 years with not even making a livable wage. Constantly cut down being told we are doing enough yet not having enough hands to help. Cost of living has gone up but not the pay. Petty cash doesn’t cover renewing office supplies or to maintain the property. We haven’t had working recording cameras since the property open and large projects that need to be done gets pushed to next year. Shootings happen on property but we can’t lock the door per upper managements orders
