      NEED BETTER SALARIES - Community Director FPI Management Employee Review

      Pros

      They offer plenty of training to assist you in your position. There are plenty of people to reach out to if you have any problems. They don't micro manage and you have more freedom to make property decisions than most other companies. The PM's have been very nice and I have one of the nicest owners. My owner really cares about my well being and not just the well being of his property. Overall FPI has been a nice company to work for.

      Cons

      Way under paid. They don't issue pay increases based on performance but rather what was budgeted the previous year. Very discouraging when you've had to work 2 positions for one positions pay. Lacks experienced maintenance personnel.

      Raise and housing is determined by ownership which can be hard to advocate for for yourself

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
