      Pros

      I started working with FPI almost 2 years ago. I was inexperienced in the field but they gave me a chance and have been so amazing since then. FPI has a great benefits package and is very competitive with wages and bonuses. Teamwork is heavily encouraged and it shows every time a question comes up and I reach out to one of my many coworkers in the area for help. FPI Has given me so many opportunities to grow in my career and I am so glad I found this work family!

      I loved my property. It was amazing to be there

      Cons

      Horrible unachievable expectations. No sick time. Not a ton of training. I put in my two weeks and was let go same day for no reason. And wasn’t paid on time
