FPI has an amazing family like atmosphere. They care about their employees and actively promote a positive work life balance. They also care about doing the right thing. Dennis Treadaway is a great man and makes a point to learn everybody's name. During a very large quarterly meeting there were 50-60 people in the room and he made sure at the break to walk around to each of us, shake our hands and thank us for what we do.
