Pros

Literally just about everything. It fits perfectly for my personal life, I get a weekend day off, and a week day off in case I have appointments I can still get things done. You get to help others start an amazing new journey in their lives by helping them find a new home. You get to make friendships with your long term residents, and making them comfortable with their home. You get amazing benefits. It is so amazing that there is so much room for growth with this company. It is definitely somewhere you can be forever, and be happy, and always grow. I don't see this field as "work". It is truly my home away from home. It is an amazing career, I get so happy to get ready for work everyday to see my boss, and co workers. We all are truly a family in this company, and feel so blessed to be working here.

Cons

If I had to say one con, I would say that it is hard for me to say good bye to residents that move from the community because almost every resident I have gotten to know are amazing people.

Pros

Good people, but the turnover is ridiculous because people are overworked.

Cons

Management is so disorganized, and they don't value your hard work no matter how much they say they do.
