Everything you can think of Never paid on time bonus always a hassle to get Pay scale is very low for the work load No support for onsite personnel from PM Overworked and underpayed No communication Unorganized No structure No training-no time with work load to complete grace hill Constant pressure with the natural turnover of property management field
