Talented creative teams, skilled editors, good benefits, and the opportunity to work on a historic studio lot. Despite the challenges, most employees are passionate, collaborative, and deeply committed to delivering great work.

Staff morale is low, with a culture of micromanagement that often feels fear-based. Creative innovation frequently lags behind competitors, and the network seems increasingly dependent on a narrow slate of reality programming. What was once a maverick, risk-taking brand now feels trapped in a Groundhog Day cycle—overly cautious, repetitive, and creatively stagnant.
