Everything else. They are the worst company I have ever worked for. They severely understaff the production line then expect leadership to push the operators to produce the same number and quality of products for 8-12hrs. They will make up anything they can to fire you if you're under contract. You are not a human to them. You are a robot, and you're expected to perform as such.
