1) Stops your growth, no real learning happens. 2) Unsupportive seniors, no real support given when real world problem arises. 3) Office politics is at its peak. 4) Poor management, only highlights mistakes, no solution driven approach. 5) Toxic work culture due to old mindset of senior colleagues. 6) Poor work life balance, stretching of work hours is a norm. 6) I won't advice anyone to join CAE department of FIS.
