      -Ability to work hybrid.. was almost fully remote before 2024 -on Friday you finish at 15;00

      Cons

      -Bad managing and leadership since 2023 -shitty tools to work with.. thinks get more complicated and not simplified -tendendcy to ostracization -for some colleagues some promises were made and not kept -lack of accountability

      Can be a lot of driving and wear and tear on car (mileage is paid for long distance travel from Auburn Hills)
