      Strong company culture and history Cool tech Employee-owned company

      Cons

      Rapid growth of company caused growing pains. I worked on an internal operations team that did not feel connected to company culture. Overall company unstructured was struggling to support rapid growth. Poor onboarding experience

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
