      Pros

      The people were the best there. Relaxed, people-first culture. Loved my co-workers and most of the projects I worked on. The industry is also a great place to be.

      Cons

      Compensation isn't as competitive as it could be. Annual or performance-based raises weren't issued often, or at all, in favor of the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and profit sharing, etc.

      Currently it is a Great experience. Much improved over a few years ago.

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
