Pros

The colleagues on your shift are great people and for the most part everyone in the client support team is trying to help each other.

Cons

Upper management is horrendous. Company keeps getting rid of staff at the bottom doing work to hire upper management who just send orders down. Support is stretched too thin with the team at breaking point. The company used to feel like management cared but now you barely hear from them other than to say no pay rises, we are taking away this benefit, we are losing money or you need to work harder as a team. There is no progression anymore. No training given especially when new software keeps being dropped on us without us knowing. Hand overs of projects are terrible. Feels like the ship is going down.

Pros

The company is focusing on that big project. If you don't work there, chill!

Cons

Layoff everywhere. The company is offshoring to substandard contractors. There is 1 person with the highest authority in the company, and unfortunately he is not the CEO!
