      Pros

      Firm practices a supportive meritocracy. Flat hierarchy, if you can do something useful everyone will be happy to let you do it. Easy to get more responsibility. Management is very open to good ideas and improvements in any field. Flexible work arrangements. Firm is very pragmatic, no useless meetings. Staff is young, friendly. and supportive, no elbows. Interesting projects with mostly mid players, some globally known firms.

      Sehr interessante Projekte im Energiehandel mit Themen, die die Energiewende mitgestalten. Das Unternehmen hat eine exzellente Reputation im Bereich Energy Markets. Besonders positiv: Man bekommt sehr früh Verantwortung und kann eigenständig Verantwortung bei Themen und Projekten übernehmen – ideal für die persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung.

      Cons

      Manchmal hohe Arbeitslast in Projektphasen - nicht ungewöhnlich im Consulting.
