Pros

This company has a pretty good starting wage they talk a good game and it's quite believable on what they say

Cons

They work you pretty good through the spring and the summer and as soon as it gets slow they will find a reason to let you go. plus there are some rude and quite ignorant people that work with them

Sorry that your experience was not a positive one. I am glad to hear however that we pay above the average scale as we try and attract the best candidates. Ours is not a seasonal business and I can assure you that if during normal manufacturing ebbs and flows we need to look at staffing levels those that are performing will be safe for sure. Last year was one of the best in company history and bolstered by some great projects with some great clientele. Future outlook is even brighter for sure. Manpower is currently being increased to meet the future business demands.

Pros

US-based manufacturer of architectural finishes, systems, and outdoor furnishings. Beautiful products and good management. Straightforward and high yielding commission structure.

Cons

Managers have very strong personalities. Yearly raises would be nice.

Pros

Steady hours, reasonable starting wages and benefits. Reasonable on the job training for inexperienced welders finishers and material handlers.

Cons

Toxic culture in upper management with a don't rock the boat mentality. Little to no upward mobility. Little emphasis on safety until someone is injured and they may be subject to liability. They will fire people for voicing legitimate safety concerns. Raises are nonnegotiable and would never exceed 2%.
