No advantages, don't get fooled by "SWEDISH "

Don't believe positive reviews here, if you find any, it must be submitted by HR. Nothing is Swedish in this company, everything is done by people from Bosnia. HQ- Zagreb offices which are a total mess, the GM of EMEA region has a criminal record, he can't even go back to his country/town (Herzegovina), so you could imagine how is he doing business. All of the top managers are sleeping together, it's like an orgies. If you want to get a raise or get promoted, you have to be a puppy of one of the guys (Of course no females among them). HR is a complete disaster, a raise could only happen once per year, they will do everything to let you forget about it so you'll have to wait 2 years for a shitty amount of money. Don't complain to HR about anything or trust them because they're apart of the system so they won't protect you. Their process of performance review is so stupid, managers won't give good reviews in order to do not increase your salary in the future. No benefits except free products if your supervisor is a nice person. You get used to inappropriate and sexist jokes from the managers during the meetings. You have an average of 10 employees fired per month, so if you're looking for a stable job, please run away. Let's talk about the job itself, this company has no long term vision, everyday you'll have new directions and everyday you'll have a new strategy because the top managers are bunch of losers who has no idea about how to do business.
