Small company culture is gone and now has a very corporate feel and grind. They are focused on sales and how to get them, instead of empowering employees to generate the revenue for them. Passive aggressive middle managers that will lie and throw you under the bus for them to get ahead, and that's accepted because its common. Senior execs tout the importance of approachability at company meetings but in reality, there are clear hierarchies, multiple mid-managers as gate keepers, and an unhealthy dose of arrogance.
