Pros

Casual office environment. Good benefits.

Cons

No parameters for bonus structure in place, annual bonus is whatever the CEO decides to give you. CEO requires everyone sign a very tight non/compete agreement. Pay is lower than industry standards. Long hours & very demanding workload. Revolving door of employees. Most employees are young, inexperienced individuals that are ok with lower pay.

Autonomy in your work allow yourself to grow based on your personal goals.

Salary can be hard to grow especially if you grow within.

Pros

Pretty office but annoying open concept design where you had zero privacy to work in peace.

Cons

Negotiating with them in 2021 (when I started) was like climbing uphill. They eventually met me at my $50,000 requested salary which was still impossible to survive on in Miami, but wanted to pay me $48,000 in salary with a $2,000 bonus check after my 90th day. When I reached my 90th day, the HR person acted like they had already paid me and I had to again fight for the agreed upon amount of money. Christmas bonus came in the form of a $2 scratch off lottery ticket - and no, I didn't win any money from that. The CEO came and personally critiqued my posture one time while I was working on something. Weird and annoying - keep it to yourself please. It's my spine to destroy.
