There are great members and volunteers who want to help make a better community. they have become like family to me over the six years I have worked at FOE Aerie #309.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are divisions in the membership and they forget to communicate and work together for the greater good. Personalities and power struggles sometimes take precedence over helping others.
