Pros

As I read these comments about focus I cant help but ask the person who worked for Focus for a year and now says its a bad place to work. If it was so bad why did you stay a year??? Im sure you are still out there looking for work today! Lol I think its funny how former workers from a company can just be able to write crap about a great company without the facts. This sight needs to do some background on the people who post lies about a great company! I have been with the company for over 6yrs and love my career. Sorry things didn't work out for the looser with no work ethic and bad character.

Cons

There are no Cons to complain of. This company has been round for 100yrs.

Pros

I worked with focus for about for months last year. I had a great experience. This company has a very tight knit family feel to it. Those in charge truly want to see you succeed. In this business the success of others determines the success of your business. If your manager had a nonchalant attitude toward your success speak with either Mr holly or Mr C and it will be taken care of. Focus provides you the tools you need to hone your skills through morning meetings and workshops. Make sure you bring a pen and notebook. Whether this line of work works or for you or not you will walk away a person who had been changed for the better. You will be more confident. You will speak more clearly. And you will be an upper to a room full of downers.

Cons

The only bad thing that comes to mind is not an issue with this company. It is a personal issue with this line of work. If you expect to become a successful sales person be prepared to pay your dues. You will work a lot of hours.
