Pros

Benefits and local. Most of the employees are great.

Cons

Over worked. Underpaid. Chain of command. Upper management doesn’t care. It’s all about the numbers. Forget time off. Always short staffed. Customer service is responsible for way too much. Excessive amount of poor training. Metrics that are impossible. No incentive to work harder.

Pros

Everyone is kind and helpful, and the workplace is safety first.

Cons

The learning curve is steep for newcomers. It was challenging to keep up with workloads since there is a lot of information considered for GIS design.
