      Understanding Management, Great coworkers, generous vacation and sick leave, the owner gave out an extra bonus during covid just to help the employees and gives generous holiday bonuses.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth.

      location, i moved out of state and they do not have a business here.

      Pros

      -Great benefits -Small bank with limited sales focus for tellers (no sales goals or quotas to meet) -Good if you have no prior experience in banking. It's a great place to start and gain experience and knowledge!

      Cons

      -Low pay -Disorganized -Favoritism -Outdated website and non-user friendly app which is also dated. -Cliques and gossip is common
