The employees were very helpful in training and had a lot of patience.

Only cons was at the time they were short on staff. So workload was a bit heavy.

Great place to get your foot in the door in logistics industry, if you don't have experience. Once past temp status, health insurance is good, and not taken out of your paycheck. Dental and Vision plans available too. Also, life insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability available. 401k match program. Generally friendly place to work.

All of above benefits are considered part of your offer, so the pay is not that great. Once you learn how to do the job, usually you just keep getting more work and less help, with no raise, promotion or appreciation.
