      Pros

      You can WFH a lot, always leave the office around 3:30, don’t need to use your PTO since you can just work from home for an hour or so during the day.

      Cons

      The Dallas office doesn’t follow the same SOPs as the other campuses, which can make some things very confusing since trained to do everything by the book.

      Lots of training, and room for advancement. They seem honest about their bonus structure.

      Cons

      They're a larger GC, they sometimes suffer from bureaucratic inertia and IT hurdles.
