Pros
Great technology with ability to work from home, some great people to work with, variety in work tasks.
Cons
Much talk of career progression with no follow-through. Management style reminiscent of the 1980's. Work life balance very much favours the workplace, rather than personal and taking on tasks outside of your position description is rewarded with becoming responsible for those tasks, without remuneration benefits.
