      Pros

      It's a great place to work - it's as simple as that. I enjoy coming to work everyday because I feel challenged in my role, I feel supported because I'm surrounded by experienced people, and everyone and is easy going and fun to work with.

      Cons

      There's a lot of development opportunities for engineers, but less so for other roles like IT and admin.

      Lots of guidance, lots of work with local clients, opportunity for professional and personal growth, work typically stays within work time frame unless there's deadlines.

      There are little to no cons.

      Annual pay raises and range of work areas for different experiences

      Cons

      Poor communication between employers to employees. Did not get corrected on work, until it was too late.
