Pros
Middle management is understanding and supportive of employee goals. Well-being resources and days off are excellent.
Cons
Benefits and pay are less competitive and fair than ever before. There’s been a significant decrease in flexibility and understanding for employees from senior management. Training and onboarding for new hires is worse than previous years too due to budget cuts and lack of mentors when more senior employees quit. New computer programs are being rolled out before they are fully operational resulting in decreased productivity.
