The pension is nice but that's about it.
Cons
FM does not care about it's employees. There is no work/life balance. Management only pays lip service to the needs of their employees. They take surveys and then ignore results. If you aren't willing to relocate, you cannot be promoted to any kind of leadership position. Only "yes men" get promoted. Systems are outdated and constantly fail and there are no plans or solutions to fix them. There is a lot of talk about FM being a "family" with all the red flags you would expect with that type of rhetoric.
