I’ve had a genuinely great experience working at Fluent Cannabis in Orlando. From the start, I felt welcomed and supported, which made it easy to get comfortable in my role. What really stands out, though, is the management. My manager goes above and beyond to create a positive and fun work environment. They don’t just focus on getting the job done—they truly care about the team as people. Whether it’s checking in to make sure everyone is doing okay, helping out during busy times, or just bringing positive energy to the workplace, it makes a big difference. The atmosphere overall is supportive, upbeat, and team-oriented. It’s clear that leadership values both employees and customers, which creates a great balance. I’ve learned a lot during my time here and feel appreciated for the work I do. I would definitely recommend Fluent Cannabis Orlando to anyone looking for a positive workplace experience.
