Management is not good. A disastrous ERP implementation has crippled the company's ability to execute. Management has no clue how much it has screwed things up. The silos make it impossible to accomplish anything. A matrix organization requires leadership and we just have managers. As a result, most silos within the organization are working across purposes. There is no customer focus, just stock price focus. Management is abstracted from reality. It is a toxic, horrible place to work. Regional people with product knowledge are gone. There are not enough resources to cover the work.
