Pros
Having meetings with coaches to guide you and tell you how to get the donations needed
Cons
This is really a job when you are at the end of your rope and you need something quickly. In the beginning things were great you made a good salary in if you didn’t do good on performance you would after three months they were doc you all the way to minimum-wage. If you feel comfortable asking for donations when the senior citizens who do donate or down to the last five dollars this is the perfect job for you but if you don’t I would suggest going somewhere else. I did zoom meetings in the morning‘s, after lunch, and anytime you struggle are really pointless. It was a work from home job and the luxury was being able to be in comfortable clothing many didn’t take this job seriously many were smoking many were texting etc. as for flexibility if you were a part time in school and you needed to go to the doctor or any other appointments they would not work with you they would say you need to make up your hours during that week and if you could make up those hours you would be writing up it didn’t matter if you did well during one week they look at your overall performance and if it isn’t in there expectations that you definitely will be docked in pay meaning they will put you down to minimum wage
