This is the best run Series A I've ever worked at by a long shot. I think this is because the core team has been together for over a decade and they really know how to treat people and have a deep trust and respect for the entire organization. From day one, I felt seen, heard and respected. Teams are organized and productive without taking themselves too seriously. This is a group that has FUN together while building a product that is really changing the game.

Like any startup in 2024, this is a distributed team and a little extra effort is needed to collaborate with coworkers across the globe. But that's everywhere.
