Pros

I have been very impressed with their honesty and balanced approach to business. Even when making tough business decisions they have been honest about why and what they feel is best. I appreciate them treating employees like professionals who can handle the ups and downs of business. They offer a fair salary and good benefits.

Cons

No major cons, The industry is new and ever changing so you have growth and the usual growing pains that come with it.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Building a supportive and transparent workplace environment is a priority for us, and we are glad to hear that our commitment to honesty and fairness resonate with you. Our decisions are guided by our values (Collaborative, Humble, Adventurous, Responsible for Change, Genuinely Caring, Excellence Driven) and by the goal to consolidate our role as a major player in the EV charging market. As you mentioned, the industry has not yet reached full maturity, and although there are issues associated with strong growth, the commitment seen in our teams makes us confident for the future. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to write to us. If you have any other comments to share, please email us at talent@flo.com. Sincerely, the FLO team!

Pros

Remote working, flexibility, easy 9 to 5

Cons

Investors do not trust the leadership team anymore. A bunch of consultants have been hired by the board, and they are very old school, not modern, not polite. Expect to be laid off at any time, even though you are doing a good job and among the best contributors. They let go their entire marketing team for the second time, same with the sales team. It’s never the management team’s fault. Wrong people in directors and VP positions, friends promoting friends.
