Bad Work Culture - Sales Associate FLIP Employee Review

Really fun work environment, everyone gets along great. Great managers who are always super understanding.

Business can be hit or miss. If it is a slow day the floor can be a little over staffed.

Absolutely none. None. None. None.

I'm extremely shocked how this company is still and running and nobody has put in a major complaint about this startup fixer upper. Departments within HQ located in El Segundo, are completely and utterly a disaster and completely discriminatory. They treat their white employee's YES WHITE from upstairs completely different from downstairs in purchasing and sourcing. They have the most messed up schedules (10-7pm) extreme micromanaging, without process, they make certain employees go to their warehouse in Commerce without even asking whether or not they're able to even make the drive. The pay is extremely low for their high (poor management) expectations. You might as well work at IN N OUT or Chick Fill A for better employee treatment. Fl!p is the most inhumane "company" and shocked major company's such as HUM, YTTP, Pacifica etc are engaging with this horrendous place. BBB desperately need to do an inspection on the extreme poor management and horrendous employee treatments this so called company is running.
